Our IT Support Services, including scheduled onsite or remote tasks are based on very competitive hourly rates. You’re only charged for the work that’s done and you’ll receive a clear summary of the work completed. Reasonable rates are also available for non-routine or emergency response service. We bill for our services on a monthly summary basis.

Longer-term agreements can also be put together for monthly or annual service if you prefer.

Our IT Consulting Services are estimated upfront on a project-by-project basis. We will proceed on the work only when the specific nature and scope of that work is clearly outlined and agreed upon. Each project is estimated individually based on the specific nature of your needs. Consulting services are billed upon completion of the project.
