If real-time search wasn’t enough, Google wants you to be able to search the web by just snapping a pic. Want to see what businesses are nearby? Just snap a pic of the building next to you. This is still a “labs” production for Google. It is by no means a complete version, or fully functional. It however will give you a glimpse of what is up and coming in the very near future.

Google Goggles

Right now it is only available for Android based cell phones. To get it, go to your Android Marketplace and search “Google Goggles”.
